High quality Aluminium Bi-Folding Doors in Anthracite Grey, bespoke made by ‘Reynaers’.

Would cost around £5,000 if you were to order new direct.

Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be re-installed.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Good condition and in full working order, but do have some cosmetic defects.

Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.

There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

There are some light marks and scratches to the doors but these can be touched up (see last photos).

The clip that hold the door open has snapped – this should be able to be bought online.

Security

4 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.

There are no keys with this door as they are key-less and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.

Opening

Externally opening & stacking doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.

When fully open, . all 3 doors stack to the right.

Doors are top-hung.

Clipped together when stacked to stop any movement.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
