Rockdoor has been at the forefront of the composite door market since 1996. Rather than using timber which often swells and bows, a Rockdoor composite door uses a high-density core which is 60% stronger than standard composite doors. This is standard across our entire range of composite front doors, back doors, French doors and stable doors.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Light dents on the low threshold externally (on Set A), which is only cosmetic and hardly noticeable – can easily be fixed.
• Very light paint chips externally in few spots (on Set A), but again these are hardly noticeable and can be hidden using a touch up pen.
• Light chips on the inside of the hinge stile (on Set A), however these would be hidden once the door is closed and can be filled and touched up easily.
• Comes complete with door handles, letter box, door chain, sill, and sill end caps.

Security

• High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.
• A door chain is provided for added security.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Laminated (High performance safety glass and is held together if shattered; also reduces noise).

Colour

• The colour externally is wood-grain Anthracite Grey and internally is wood-grain White, with a matching frame on both sides.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
• Comes with a White coloured sill.
