Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Schuco’, who produce some of the highest quality Bi-Folding doors available on the market.

This item comes without glazing, however we can order this in at an additional cost. Please see Glazing section below

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, the 1 door stacks to the left and all 4 remaining doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £795 total inc VAT.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.
• If you want to order yourself, the units required are: Width: 72.2cm, Height: 194.2cm (x5 panes)(checked JBH)
• We can order different glazing if required e.g. distorted or frosted, however this will be at a higher cost.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matte Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Black.
