Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Light cosmetic scratch on secondary door and sill which can easily be touched up, also some light marks on some of the beading strips.
• 1 of the vents are missing and can be easily purchased online.
• The doors previously had blinds drilled into the upper beading internally on every door. This has left screw holes that can be filled/ new blinds. See last photos for all defects.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Mila’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 5 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Brown, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Black.
