Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Paint chips on the handles, but these can easily be replaced/ touched up. Also some scratches down the sides of one of the doors. See last photos for defects.

Security

• 10 point ‘Sobinco’ locking system, 5 on each main door making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 keys – 3 keys per lock.

Opening

• Doors slide either way (allowing multiple combinations), on a triple track system – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• Duel colour which is a very expensive extra. Matt Silver Grey externally and internally is Gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Slate Grey coloured furniture.
• Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
