Please note – These doors are marked on the glass from water, we have tried to get this off with a blade however it has not worked, we can however scratch it off with a fingernail so guessing it will come off but needs strong cleaner. The bottom of the doors are also marked from water and this does come off but will take time and again strong cleaner – see last three photos. (This is NOT condensation inside the glazing, all glass panes are fine and are not blown).

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• With a good clean these would come up looking great condition.
• The bottom of the doors are marked, however this can be cleaned with strong cleaner.
• Five of the panes of glass have water marks on the external side.

Security

• 3 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately in the middle right, the adjoining door can be opened so you have a set of french doors.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left and all 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is gloss White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Black.
