Comes fully complete with nothing missing ready to be installed.

The door thickness is 5.8cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.

• Not bowed or rotted at all.

There is scratches on the sill and one on one of the doors – these could be touched up.

Security

• High Quality 7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.  At the moment the low threshold is screwed to the sill but you can remove the sill if you wanted.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Chrome.
