These are modern doors, are in excellent condition, and do not appear to have seen much use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Comes with a cat flap in the bottom panel, however this can be replaced for a normal panel or glazing.
• Light cement flecks on the bottom of the external door, which could be removed using solvent cleaner.
• There is a light mark on the door beside the lock strip please see in last photo.

Security

• 9 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
