Modern uPVC Back Door in Grey with a woodgrain affect.
Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- 2 small chips on the frame. 1 on the bottom of the external frame the other 1 is on the top of the internal frame. Please see in last photos.
- Light paint specs on the sill this is hardly noticeable.
Security
- 7 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Q-Line’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
