Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There are some slight scratches to the glazing, however this can be replaced for an additional cost.
- Paint chips to ‘three’ of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
