We are not sure on the exact age of this item, but it is modern, and has seen very little use.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light paint residue on a hinge cover internally (see last photo), however, it is only cosmetic and nothing a strong cleaner wouldn’t clear.

Security

• High quality 7 point ‘Safeware’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Yale’ key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
