Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
- Residue mastic around frame can be covered by trim for a low expense.
- 2 screw holes on the top of the internal door – these can be filled.
Security
- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- The top glass pane is clear and the bottom pane is artic distorted please see in photos.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
