Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/clean condition both sides.
• Light Paint chips on one hinge, which could be easily touched up.
• Few light marks, scratch and chips in places (see photos), which is purely cosmetic and does not affect the integrity or operation of the product.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Versa’ key.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• Glazing has a ‘Charcoal Sticks’ distorted design (see photo).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
