Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• One of the trickle vents on the exterior needs replacing (see photos), this can be purchased online and is easy to fit.
• The top roller cover is missing, however this can be purchased online. You may want to replace all the hinge covers as they are discoloured they are sold in packs and the brand is Siegenia.

Security

• 5 point ‘Avocet’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £495 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
