uPVC Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Selecta Systems’ and comes complete with blinds.
Would cost around £4,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Bottom hinge has some cosmetic paint chips, but this can easily be touched up- see last photo.
- Comes with blinds but these are optional to install.
Security
- 7 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 4 ‘Mila’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately in the middle.
- When fully open, 3 doors stack to the left and 2 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
