Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- Internal vent cover is missing (see last photos), however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.
Opening
• Window slides up/down and tilts inwardly (see photos).
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is Silver.
