Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Set A has 3 small marks on the sill (see last photo) – these could be easily filled and touched up.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally and externally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
