uPVC Casement Window in white bespoke made to the highest quality.
Would cost around £700 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Residue mastic around the internal and external frame this can be covered by trim for a low expense please see last photo.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
- Key is missing – you will need 1 ‘fab & fix’ key, which can be bought online for a low expense – please see last photo for an example of this key type.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matte White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
