uPVC Modern Casement Window bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Rehau’.
Would cost around £500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
We are not sure on the exact age of this item, but it is modern, and has seen very little use.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- 2 screw holes from previous drain caps – these can be easily replaced with new drain caps for a low expense, please see last photo.
- This item comes with a external vent that will need to be attached by your fitter.
Security
- 6 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matte White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
