Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Residual mastic on the frame, which could be removed, but can also be concealed with trim by your fitter upon installation.
• Residual paint on the hinges (see photos) which could be easily removed using a solvent cleaner.

Security

• 7 point ‘Maco’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘UAP’ keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
