Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Great/clean condition on both sides.
• Slight paint chips to the hinges, which could be easily touched up.
• Two hinge covers missing, which can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily. These are purely cosmetic, and are not crucial to the operation of the doors.
• New sill caps are included with these doors.

Security

• 3 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left (see photos).

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 56.4 cm in width, and 216.7 cm in height.
• Just the frame width is 138 cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units. We can order new glazing for a total cost of £345 including VAT (28mm Argon Gas, Low E, Toughened, will pass building regulations).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White furniture.
