Security

• 7 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 4 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Toplight

• The toplight / window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 196.8cm.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 61.8cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 122.8cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 184.6cm.
• Missing the trim to cover the couplers gap between the French doors and sidelights – easily purchased.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• The top lights have a leaded pattern in the glazing please see in photos.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
