Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The missing pane of glazing has been ordered and will arrive separately (along with the doors) ready to be installed by your fitter.
• There is weathering to the handles and hinge covers (see photos) as you may expect to see on pre-owned doors. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect the operation of the doors at all.
• There was some paint residue on the edge of the left-hand door, which has since been removed. This revealed a small cosmetic mark underneath which is purely cosmetic and could be touched up with a uPVC pen if desired (see last photo).

Security

• 7 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 41cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 156.7cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 197.7cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with light grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
