Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small hole internally and a small hair line crack externally on the door (see last photo), these could be easily filled or touched up and does not affect the integrity or operation of the product.
• Two screw holes externally on the frame (see last photo) from a previously installed door bell, which could easily be filled and touched up.

Security

• 8 point ‘Kenrick’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Q-Line’ keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over.
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has a 3D leaded diamond design in the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Anthracite Grey RAL7016, with a matching white colour frame either side.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
