Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• On one of the sidelights there are a few screw holes next to the glazing and a scuff mark on the bottom panel. These are purely cosmetic and could be filled/touched up.

Security

• 5 point ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 5 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 56.4cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 89.8cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 146.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & inside the glazing. This cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace all the units of glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown (Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Gold Chrome coloured furniture.
