uPVC Front Door in White, bespoke made to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- A small chip to bottom of the internal frame this should not be seen once fitted.
- Paint flecks on two of the hinges (please see last photo).
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, sycamore distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
