Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Odd light/faint marks in places, but nothing exactly noticeable.
• Gold chrome furniture is visibly tarnished – could be fixed using a strong cleaner or be replaced online at a low expense.
• Two screw holes internally on the sidelight – can be filled easily.

Security

• High quality 6 point ‘Milenco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with a new barrel and 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• The sidelight / window on its own is: 80.8cm in width and can be removed if required.
• Just the frame width is 87.9cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Glazing has a beautiful ‘Cotswold’ distorted design (see photos).
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
