Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Gasket slightly frayed, but it can purchased online at a low expense and is easy to fit.
• The handle is slightly tarnished (see photos), however this is only cosmetic and does not affect the operation in any way.
• Screw holes, a dent, and other light cosmetic marks in a few places (see photos). These could easily be filled or touched up.

Security

• 7 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is double glazed, distorted white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Decorative glass, with a lovely 3D design inside.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
