Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• This item has a extra wooden frame that can be removed if not required (it just offers easier fixing when installing), but does have some rot on the bottom left corner, causing the frame to brake away, so would need bigger screws or the wood replaced if you want to use this extra frame. Please see last photos. The sizes mentioned does not include the wooden frame- the width will be an extra 3.2cm either side.
• Small cosmetic split on the bottom internal trim (see photos) – this will be hardly noticeable once the doors are installed. Replacement trim can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.

Security

• Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• The opening door is on the right and slides to the left, when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black.
