Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Odd light paint marks on the frame internally and hinges, however these are hardly noticeable and could easily be touched up or removed with some strong solvent cleaner.
• Handles are slightly loose, but this doesn’t effect the operation of the door as it still closes and locks securely. Replacement handles can be found online at a low expense.

Missing Parts

• Rain sill missing, however this can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 5 point ‘Westward’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Corbin’ key.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes. 
• Has leaded Georgian Bars externally on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
