High security Composite Back Door with decorative glass.

This is not your average composite door, its high security and weights twice what a standard composite would do. The door overlaps the frame as can be seen from the inside.

The door thickness is 7cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm doors.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• Slight bobble at the bottom of the door- but does not seem to affect the operation of the door at all- see last photo.
• There is residual mastic/ glue marks at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Small chips beside handle on exterior – these can be touched up.

Security

• High quality 9 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick triple glazed, distorted, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is Woodgrain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
