Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Couple of holes internally, but easily filled, light scratch and small mark on the corner- see last photos for defects which are all cosmetic.
• The door handle missing on the inside has been replaced, so comes complete.

Security

• 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are top hung.
• Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Golden Oak affect, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
