uPVC Golden Oak thin/ narrow Bi-folding Doors.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Couple of holes internally, but easily filled, light scratch and small mark on the corner- see last photos for defects which are all cosmetic.
- The door handle missing on the inside has been replaced, so comes complete.
Security
- 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
- Doors are top hung.
- Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Golden Oak affect, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
