We are not sure on the exact age of these doors, but they are modern and have seen very little use.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

The rear section of the sill is cracked (see photos), however this is will be hidden when installed, and does not effect the operation or integrity of the doors in any way.

Colour

The colour externally is Woodgrain Brown (Irish Oak) and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

Has Brown hinges and Chrome handles.

Sidelight / Window

Each sidelight is 35.6cm in width.

If using none of the sidelights, leaving just the frame the width will be 152.9cm.

Operating / Style

Externally opening doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the Right.

Security

5 point locking system making it very secure.

Comes with 1 ‘LSH’ key.

Glazing

Glazing is 28mm thick Double Glazed, Clear, toughened with Metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon Gas for extra efficiency.

There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Has Georgian Bars internally (inside the glazing). These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units – please contact us for a quote.
