Golden Oak uPVC French Doors with sidelights.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct .
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ clean condition both sides.
- Some cosmetic chips around the edge of the frame, but once installed with trim these would be hidden.
- There is condensation occurring inside one of the glazing units, we can replace this at a cost of £250 total inc VAT but the tint maybe slightly different. Or we could just replace all the glazing units to clear glazing at a cost of £590 total including VAT (28mm, Argon Gas, Low E, Toughened).
Missing Parts
- One locking plate missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- 5 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 4 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 89cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 184.1cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 273.1cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal gold spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
