Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ clean condition both sides. 
• Couple of small cosmetic chips, but hardly noticeable.
• Small chip next to the beading which could be filled- see last photos for defects.

Security

• 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight/Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 28cm in width.
• The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 132.2cm.
• If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 160.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
