High Quality UPVC French Doors with Sidelight.
Would cost around £1,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Sidelight/s can be cut off if not required.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ clean condition both sides.
- Couple of small cosmetic chips, but hardly noticeable.
- Small chip next to the beading which could be filled- see last photos for defects.
Security
- 5 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.
Sidelight/Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 28cm in width.
- The sidelights can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 132.2cm.
- If one sidelight is cut off, the door frame width is 160.2cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is woodgrain Brown (Rosewood), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
