Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Good condition both sides.
• Light marks in places, but most likely clean off with some strong cleaner. Marks on the bottom sill.
• Paint chips on hinges these are metal and can be touched up.
• Some glazing tape has pushed out, but this can be cut off or replaced. See last photos for defects.

Security

• 5 point ‘Roto’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 6 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White,
• Has matching White coloured furniture.
