Condition

• Excellent/very clean condition both sides. 
• This comes with a 4cm tall sill for the doors and sidelight together (not pictured).

Security

• 10 point ‘Excalibur’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Sidelight/Window

• There is one sidelight of width 23cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 149.9cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• One pane of glazing has a cat-flap which cannot be removed without replacing the glass pane entirely. We can replace this pane for £100 including VAT. This glazing will be high-quality, toughened, Low-E, filled with Argon gas, and will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the hinges are White.
