Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Light marks on sill and in a few places which can be easily touched up or covered by trim when installed. 
• Small crack on 2 of the beading sections – this is purely cosmetic and does not effect the integrity of the doors or glazing. Replacement beading can be purchased online for a low expense.

Security

• 5 point ‘Lockmaster’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 ‘LSH’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Toplight

• The top light/window can be cut off, leaving just the door frame height of 198.0cm. 

Sidelight/Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 45.6cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 120.1cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 165.7cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching White furniture.
