Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

• Excellent/ clean condition both sides.

Missing Parts/Defects

• 1 of the longer beadings for the sidelight is missing, but you should be able to purchase this online. The glass still holds in fine, it just doesn’t cosmetically look the best- see last photo.

One pane of glazing has been replaced with a cat flap installed. This pane is not tinted like the rest. You could just get a tinted film which should match it better than it does currently.

Security

• 4 point ‘GU’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

The main door is the middle right when viewing from the outside, this door slides to the left. The other door is fixed and does not move.

Sidelight / Window

There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 123.4cm in width.

Just the frame width is 239.7cm.

The width with just one sidelight is 363.1cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

• 3 Panes of glass are slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

• Has matching White coloured furniture.
