Condition
- Brand new, part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
- The window is missing a long spindled handle these can be purchased online at a low price and come with keys.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the hinges is Silver.
