We do not have any certificates for the fire door, so cannot confirm it would pass current building regulations.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There are light marks on the handle (see photos), this is easily touched up.
• There are some small drill holes from the previous owner (see photos), however these are easily filled.
• The measurements in the table are for the interior of the frame that sits in the wall, the measurements for the exterior lip are: Height: 211 cm, Width: 94.3 cm.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• This item does not have an external handle, and can only be operated from the push bar handle inside.
• There are no keys with this door as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the push bar handle.

Opening

• The door opens outwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
