Would cost around £1,000.00 if you were to order new direct.

Condition

• Was part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Visible mold on the rubber gasket, which is only cosmetic – could be removed with a strong cleaner.
• Light paint chip on a thumb bolt (see last photo), however, it is metal and can easily be touched up.

Security

• Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Comes with 2 keys.
• Both window panes slide up/down.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally inside the glazing. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is wood-grain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White.
