Brand New uPVC Box Sash Window in White, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Eurocell’.
Would cost around £500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Small chip on one top corner of the frame’s external side, but this would be hidden when installed (see photos).
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- There is no key with this window, however it can still be locked securely from the inside by turning the latch. New latches/handles, complete with keys, can be purchased online for a low expense and fitted easily.
Opening
Both window sections slide up / down and tilt inwardly (see photos).
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, toughened, argon gas filled, clear, with white warm edge spacer bar.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- Externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
