Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Missing Sash Rings. However these can be purchased online at a low expense, and are easy to fit.

Security

• Multi-point locking system, making it very secure.
• Comes with 2 keys.

Opening

• Both windows slide up and down as well as tilt internally (see photos).
• Operates via springs.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame on either side.
• Has matching Chrome coloured furniture.
