Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• FOUR LOCKING KEEPS AND SILL END CAPS ARE MISSNG, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
• The Georgian Bars for one window section are not attached to the glazing, but they will arrive with the window, and could be easily installed by a competent fitter.

Security

• 8 point locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order a new handle online for around £5 posted which would come with keys. 

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is wood grain Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
