Brand New uPVC Casement Window in White, bespoke made to a high quality.

Would cost around £1,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Glazing for the top window section has been ordered this will need to be fitted. The window also comes with a Georgian bar for this window section – a competent fitter would be able to install the bar. Glass will be 28mm thick double glazed, clear, Low-E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency, and will pass building regulations.

Security

• 6 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units – please contact us for a quote.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
