Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Some marks around the edges of the frame from the previous installation, which would be hidden with trim when the window is installed again.
• Some scuffs on the internal side of the frame (see photos) which could be touched up with a uPVC pen.
• There are two cracks on the uPVC frame (see photos) which could be easily filled, and would not effect the integrity of the window upon installation.

Security

• 12 point locking system (6 for each window), making it very secure.
• There is no key with this window, however it can be locked from the inside by turning the handle. New handles, complete with keys, can be purchased online at a low expense and fitted easily.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
