Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• One sill end cap is missing, however this can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle online for £5 posted which would come with keys. See last photo for the key type.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
