Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Odd light mark externally, but not exactly noticeable – can easily be touched up.

Opening

• Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally is wood-grain Anthracite Grey and internally is White.
