Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• Light mark internally on the beading on one of the window, however this is hardly noticeable and could easily be touched up if desired or beading replaced.
• Sill end caps are missing, however these can be purchased online at a very low expense.

Security

• 6 point ‘Maco’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘Avantis’ key per window.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £145 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28 mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally is wood grain Agate Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality windows at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
